All orders will be processed within 3 business days and delivered using Pos Laju service. Tracking number will be emailed once your delivery is being initiated.
Kindly note that “Blend to Order” may take an additional 2-3 business days from the standard order.
While we are very upfront with the details of our products, we understand that mistakes can be made, and we would like to assist you if that happens. If you need to return a product to us, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number attached and the reasons for the return (e.g. broken bottle upon delivery). Once accepted, we will generate a reference number and send you the details on how to return the product.
We do not accept returns for the following conditions:
- Damages to product caused by the customer
- Bottles where more than 10% of the oil is used
For change of mind returns, the customers will need to bear the shipping costs to return the product to us, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
