Menstruation & PMS

There’s a number of Essential Oil that you can use to help alleviate the symptoms and discomfort of PMS and Menstruation.

Lavender, Chamomile, Jasmine, Frankincense & Ylang ylang – reduce stress and cramping tension (apply at the back of the lower head, back of the neck and lower abdomen)

Peppermint, Spearmint, Eucalyptus & Ginger – reduce pain and discomfort (rub on lower abdomen then apply warm compress for few minutes)

Clary sage & Geranium – helps balance hormone and reduce the symptom of PMS (apply at the back of the lower head, back of the neck and lower abdomen)

Cypress – improve heavy menstruation (rub on lower abdomen then apply warm compress for few minutes)
